Richardson County confirms 1st case of COVID-19


FALLS CITY, Neb. - A county in the KXCV/KRNW listening area has confirmed it's first case of COVID-19. The Community Medical Center in Falls City, Neb. says a patient has tested positive after going to the emergency room.

The Richardson County patient is currently quarantined at home. Information about the patient hasn't been shared by any health officials.

The Southeast District Health Department says they're working to figure out how the patient was exposed and are seeing if the individual came into contact with anyone else in the community.
